We offer a competitive salary and great bonus potential, including paid time off, benefit reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. Daytime hours only, 45-50 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Executes and enforces Katalina's recipes, standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and procedures Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and kitchen and opening/closing checklist Orders, stocks and maintains food and paper goods according to pars and sales goals Collaborates with HR and Executive Manager on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and succession planning Creates and maintains BOH schedule Works to meet or exceed sales, food and labor goals Enforces policies and brand standards while upholding Katalina's mission of making the world a better place one little bite at a time
