This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, hospitality, and operational execution. The Restaurant Manager will oversee staffing, scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day operational performance while helping build systems and processes that drive consistency, accountability, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead daily front and back of house restaurant operations Motivate, coach, and develop a team of up to 40 employees Ensure a positive guest and employee experience through strong leadership and communication Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, organization, and operational execution Oversee employee scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and consistency Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service recovery when needed Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management efforts Lead by example with a visible, hands-on management style Qualifications 3-5 years of restaurant management experience required Experience supervising teams of up to 40 employees Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and ordering Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Commitment to operational excellence and hospitality Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who is: Hands-on and operationally driven Passionate about hospitality and team development Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable holding teams accountable while building a positive culture Focused on creating consistent systems and improving restaurant operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Employee dining benefits and additional perks available If you are a motivated restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and creating a great guest experience, we encourage you to apply.
