Annually United States, Ohio, Dublin PO Box 256 (Show on map) Apr 24, 2026 Why Wendy's The Associate Field Training Manager strengthens training execution across Mexico by delivering Wendy's University programs, leading LTO and operational training, certifying Training Restaurants, supporting new market openings, and elevating field capability. The role drives consistent execution and builds operational talent across assigned markets. The Associated Field Training Manager will partner with the FOM, and Operators in markets to drive overall performance. This role will support all Mexico franchisees and other smaller markets outside of Mexico (with less than 15 restaurants) as needed. El gerente asociado de capacitacion en campo fortalece la ejecucion de la capacitacion en todo Mexico mediante la imparticion de los programas de Wendy's University, la capacitacion operativa y de ofertas por tiempo limitado (LTO), la certificacion de restaurantes de capacitacion, el apoyo a la apertura de nuevos mercados y el desarrollo de las capacidades en el campo Este puesto impulsa una ejecucion coherente y desarrolla el talento operativo en los mercados asignados. El gerente asociado de capacitacion en campo colaborara con el gerente de operaciones de franquicias (FOM) y los operadores en los mercados para impulsar el rendimiento general. Esta funcion brindara apoyo a todos los franquiciados de Mexico y a otros mercados mas pequenos fuera de Mexico (con menos de 15 restaurantes) segun sea necesario.Responsibilities Facilitate Wendy's University Programs:
- Deliver Wendy's University Core & More Programs with strong instructional quality.
- Build leadership capability through coaching of restaurants and multi-unit leaders.
- Reinforce consistent training culture across assigned markets.
- Evaluate adoption and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
Support and conduct market-based training:
- Lead scheduling, coordination, and delivery of LTO, product, and operational training.
- Deliver standardized training materials to ensure accurate and consistent execution.
- Conduct followup coaching to reinforce standards and close performance gaps.
- Identify training priorities based on field performance.
Lead Training Restaurant Certification:
- Own the certification and recertification of Training Restaurants within assigned markets.
- Conduct WDRV and trainingenvironment assessments to verify certification readiness.
- Provide targeted coaching to strengthen training restaurant capability and performance.
- Ensure districts maintain sufficient Training Restaurant coverage. Support the training of Market/ new franchisee restaurant openings:
- Execute structured training plans for new openings, including crew and management readiness.
- Prepare trainers and restaurant teams to meet standards and opening timelines.
- Track progress and provide targeted support to ensure smooth launches.
- Conduct postopening evaluations to confirm sustained performance.
Field Coaching & Operational Support:
- Conduct field visits to assess execution, training adoption, and leadership behaviors.
- Deliver concise coaching to improve capability and performance.
- Identify gaps and partner with operations to address root causes.
- Support district and market priorities with targeted field presence.
Wendy:

- Desarrollar la capacidad de liderazgo mediante el asesoramiento con restaurantes y lideres de multiples unidades.
- Reforzar una cultura de capacitacion coherente en todos los mercados asignados.
- Evaluar la adopcion e identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficacia del programa.
- Liderar la planificacion, coordinacion y ejecucion de la capacitacion operativa, de producto y de ofertas por tiempo limitado (LTO).
- Proporcionar materiales de capacitacion estandarizados para garantizar una ejecucion precisa y coherente.
- Realizar asesoramiento de seguimiento para reforzar los estandares y cerrar las brechas de rendimiento.
- Identificar las prioridades de capacitacion en funcion del desempeno en el campoLiderar las certificaciones de restaurantes de capacitacion:
- Responsable de la certificacion y recertificacion de los restaurantes de capacitacion dentro de los mercados asignados.
- Realizar las evaluaciones del Plan de accion Wendy's Done Right Visit (WDRV) y del entorno de capacitacion para verificar la preparacion para la certificacion.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento especifico para fortalecer la capacidad y el desempeno de restaurantes de capacitacion.
- Asegurese de que los distritos mantengan una cobertura suficiente de restaurantes de capacitacion.
- Implementar planes de capacitacion estructurados para las nuevas aperturas, incluyendo la preparacion del personal y la gerencia.
- Preparar a los entrenadores y a los equipos de los restaurantes para que cumplan con las normas y los plazos de apertura.
- Realizar un seguimiento del progreso y brindar apoyo especifico para garantizar lanzamientos sin contratiempos.
- Realizar evaluaciones posteriores a la apertura para confirmar el desempeno sostenido.
- Realizar visitas de campo para evaluar la ejecucion, la adopcion de capacitaciones y las conductas de liderazgo.
- Ofrecer capacitacion concisa para mejorar las capacidades y el rendimiento.
- Identificar las deficiencias y colaborar con el equipo de operaciones para abordar las causas fundamentales.
- Apoyar las prioridades del distrito y del mercado mediante una presencia estrategica en el campo.
