Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary considerations and seasonal ingredients. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy kitchen environment, preferably with banquet or catering experience. Extensive background in food production, culinary techniques, and restaurant management. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary requirements, and inventory management practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts effectively and motivate team members. Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, food handling procedures, and menu planning is essential.
