Jackson Job Description Sixth Sense Brewing Company is a fun, fast paced growing brewery, taproom and kitchen space based in Jackson, Ohio. We are looking for a self-starting, energetic, organized and enthusiastic individual to lead our restaurant and event space. Must have an infectious positive attitude, hold customer service to the highest level, be a leader and help make Sixth Sense Brewing Co. a truly great place to work.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure systems for
FOH/ BOH
staff training Uphold service standards in FOH Create pars and do all ordering of beer, liquor, etc. Create weekly schedules for FOH Oversee all aspects of FOH staff and work with owners/ kitchen manager with aspects in BOH Maintain POS System Inventory and Menu Management Create outstanding customer service and engagment experiences Taproom and Event space coordination and planning Enforce standards, accountability and excellent customer service through strong leadership Foster a positive company culture with all staff Clear and effective communication with staff and ownership
Ideal Canidate:
Self motivated, hard working, positive, problem solver, personable, resourceful, team oriented Passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer Knowledgeable about Food Service Excited to be part of a growing family owned Southeast Ohio Brewery and restaurant Highly organized and can manage and prioritize multiple tasks Physically able to work on your feet for extended hours and be able to lift 60 pounds Unwilling to take shortcuts Willing to help with any aspect of the business as needed Able to be an effective and empathetic leader
Details:
