Job Description

Job Summary We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, guiding staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a smooth workflow in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, experienced in restaurant management or willing to step it up to this Management role. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards are met consistently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and seamless communication during busy shifts. Shift management and staffing schedules to optimize team performance during peak hours. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience in the food industry Excellent communication skills to train staff effectively and ensure top-notch customer service. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager is desirable.
