Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Store Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize restaurant efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant restaurant setting, combining culinary expertise with strong management skills to deliver memorable dining experiences. Duties Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to ensure top-tier customer service and operational excellence Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high quality standards and compliance with safety regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maximize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Supervise shift management by scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during peak hours Uphold food safety standards by implementing proper sanitation procedures, conducting regular inspections, and training staff on health regulations Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary techniques, and catering or banquet services when applicable Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team in a fast-paced environment Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction management Proven ability in supervising staff, managing shifts, and developing team members through effective training & development strategies Expertise in inventory control, food safety protocols, budgeting, and food production processes Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and creating positive guest experiences Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary standards Experience in managing multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, food handling compliance, and restaurant operations Join us as a Restaurant Store Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
