Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration and excellence Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies Train staff on food handling, preparation techniques, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service standards Monitor shift operations, ensuring timely service during busy periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management Proven supervisory experience with staff training, development, interviewing, and performance management Excellent knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments Experience in hospitality management settings such as casual dining or fine dining establishments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools for shift scheduling and operational reporting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming dining experiences Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food production and team supervision Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your culinary expertise combined with leadership talent will elevate our dining experience.
