Job Responsibilities As the Dietary Coordinator, you are responsible for the following: Responsible for food purchase, production and timely service of meals Budget and inventory management and control Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel Possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise and secure the cooperation of the dietary personnel including ongoing training, counseling and development Job Requirements If you are compassionate and want a career with a growing company, this is the position for you! Here's what else you'll need to be successful in this role: 2 years of professional experience working in a skilled nursing facility dietary department. Current Level 2 Serve Safe Certification or willingness to become certified Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Preferred but not required Detail Oriented.
