Shift Manager We're not just looking for a manager. We're looking for someone who wants to lead a team, solve problems, and help create a great experience for our guests every day. Gionino's Pizza of Streetsboro is looking for our next Shift Manager!
We're seeking a motivated, dependable leader to help oversee daily operations and lead our team. Whether you have management experience or are looking to take the next step in your career, we're willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow. Pay $13.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Mix of days, nights, and weekends Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per week Responsibilities Lead shifts and direct team members Provide excellent customer service Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Complete opening and closing procedures Cash handling and deposits Maintain food quality and presentation standards Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization Train and develop new team members Help create a positive and productive work environment What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to hold team members accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Hospitality-focused mindset Willingness to learn and grow Why Work With Us?
