Primary Activities/Duties:

Ensure labor and materials are available to meet production schedules and customer demand. Achieve and exceed targets for quality, productivity, uptime, on-time delivery, and cost. Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles. Lead and coordinate cross-training of workers. Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Foster a positive workplace culture through active engagement with peers, supervisors, and management.

Knowledge & Experience:

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Prior experience in assembly operations required; leadership experience preferred. Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts. Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking. Strong mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing and warehouse areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise. Fast-paced production environment requiring adaptability and multitasking.
