The purpose of this position is to provide additional support to the Management Team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a manager. You will create a fun dining experience for Guests ensuring 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues are resolved throughout the shift. You will lead and coach Team Members and provide direction for both the front of the house and the heart of the house teams. As a manager, you will drive operational readiness and execution, motivate and build a strong team that provides exceptional customer service. You will also create community connections extending our fan base.
