In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team engagement. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by fostering a positive work environment, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and maximizing profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to facilitate smooth transactions and sales reporting. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize profitability. Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow during peak hours. Conduct hiring interviews, staff evaluations, and implement training programs for continuous improvement. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee kitchen management including food production, culinary standards, and kitchen safety procedures. Implement promotional initiatives and manage catering or banquet services to enhance revenue streams. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and culinary practices; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food industry operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Demonstrated ability to manage shift schedules efficiently in a high-volume setting. Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus.
