Please call 440-429-4471 for immediate consideration We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficient service flow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and has a background in food service management, fine dining, or casual dining settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a positive impact on our guests' experience. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure smooth operations. Train and develop team members in customer service excellence, food handling, POS systems and safety protocols. Oversee shift management by coordinating schedules, managing reservations, and ensuring timely service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of each shift. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations while supervising food presentation and service quality. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and clear communication. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising or team management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to train staff effectively in food safety standards, food production, and service techniques. Skilled in shift management, and staff scheduling within a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities including interviewing potential team members, training & development expertise, and conflict resolution skills.
