Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enthusiastic individuals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.

Customer Satisfaction:

Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Training and Development:

Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.

Quality Control:

Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, consistently delivering excellent customer experience.
