Restaurant Manager 1497 Boardman Canfield Road, Youngstown, OH 44512 Full-time Full-time Overview We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of customer service and food quality. Duties Oversee all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and well-trained team. Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Handle inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Implement POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across all departments. Lead shift management by coordinating daily activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining setting. Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling procedures. Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, and training team members in hospitality management. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and food production processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment. Prior experience in catering, banquet services, or hotel hospitality is a plus.
