Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our bustling dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a talented team of food service professionals. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while fostering a positive, productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to ensure profitability. Implement and monitor food safety standards and procedures to comply with health regulations. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and ensure smooth workflow during busy hours. Handle cash handling procedures, POS system management (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliation. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Experience in food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and food management. Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of staff training & development and team management. Prior experience in hospitality management or fine dining settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and foster a collaborative team environment.
