Job Title:

Role:
The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership of problems, seek help when needed, and guide others. Key responsibilities include ensuring team members and shift managers complete duties, managing inventory, and serving safe, quality food. You'll also ensure a safe work environment for employees and a welcoming atmosphere for customers. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine, completing responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service, and ensuring all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks. Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniform. Prioritize customer needs, ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders, resolve complaints quickly, and maintain positive customer relations. Greet customers with a smile, be polite, and speak positively. Work with urgency, collaborate with management and fellow employees, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Attend work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to work. Use the approved timekeeping system accurately. Act without being told, go beyond requirements, and maintain a high activity level. Provide regular, constructive, and complimentary feedback to team members and shift leads. Teach and train Team Members and Shift Leads. Handle conflicts constructively and resolve them with RGM. Be an owner. Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor. Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Ability to stock shelves and coolers.
  • Oversee and manage subordinates.
  • Sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash, clean parking lot and grounds.
  • Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
Must be at least 18 years older. Must have reliable transportation . Able have 2-3 years of previous salaried management experience. Able to stock shelves and coolers. Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction. Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin. Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.
