In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food delivery Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Train new staff members on food safety, food handling, and service protocols to uphold hygiene standards Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure smooth shift transitions Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to health regulations Support budgeting efforts by tracking sales performance and controlling operational costs Lead by example in hospitality management practices, fostering a positive team environment Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary processes Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling procedures confidently Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and performance management Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and resolve conflicts effectively Join us as an Assistant Manager — bring your passion for hospitality to life by leading a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
