Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Utilize Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation. Train and develop staff members on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper coverage during busy hours. Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across the kitchen and dining areas. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Strong proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Proven track record in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food handling safety standards, and food industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence in casual dining or fine dining environments. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of professionalism during busy shifts.
