Job Description

We're looking for a driven and experienced leader to oversee all aspects of our successful casual dining restaurant. As the general manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive team environment that delivers outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Motivate and coach staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service. Uphold a positive and productive work environment. Handle performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Operations & Financial Management:
Develop and implement budgets to optimize profitability. Manage inventory control and ensure food safety standards. Oversee scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels. Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Participating in marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.
Customer Satisfaction:
Implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a clean, inviting, and well-maintained dining environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual dining. Proven track record of success in increasing profitability and sales. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for excellent customer service. Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and food safety. The ability to analyze a P&L and make recommendations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
