POSITION
Restaurant General Manager Description:
Supervises assigned shift and over all operations of the store in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. General Manager Supervises hourly employees on assigned shift at the direction of district management Direct accountability for all operational results and security (including banking transactions/cash security) for each shift worked Physical Requirements Available to work any time, holidays and weekends. Extensive standing and walking Should be able to lift 30 lbs. and more. We are an equal opportunity employer. We are a franchisee of Denny's brand. Responsibilities and Duties Maintains focus on restaurant operations and the maximization of sales Ensures adherence to all Federal, State and local laws, as well as company policies. Provides consistent supervision to hourly employees Responsible for sales during shifts worked Responsible for supervising hourly employees during any assigned shift Maintains the integrity of the Brand by monitoring and directing the activities of the employees' focus on the quality of the restaurant operation Adherence to food preparation standards Adherence to service/hospitality standards Adherence to sanitation and food safety standards Adherence to cash controls and security policies Models diversity and values at all times in all aspects of restaurant operations Coaches restaurant employees on shifts they supervise May assist in conducting restaurant employee meetings Qualifications and Skills High School graduate or equivalent with 5 years of experience as GM Must have experience in managing high-volume restaurants.
