DUTIES Market Kitchens provide homemade goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in the recipes we create. Kitchen staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills. As a Kitchen Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Cooking and supervising the preparation and cooking of deli dishes Assist customers Stock products Organizing and coordinating with for setting up special in store events Taking inventory Supervise, schedule, and train employees Professional and courteous communications Creating and maintaining store records Manage purchasing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits Ideal applicants will be strong leaders, have excellent communicationinterpersonal skills and have previous Kitchen and management experience. You must be 18 years or older.
