Position:
The Pub Manager is responsible for the effective pub operations. Duties include, but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff; ordering supplies; scheduling; payroll; employee evaluations; conducting and calculating inventory; cleanliness; ensure food and drinks are served quickly and efficiently; handle customer complaints; managing labor and departmental costs; conduct regular staff meetings; manage employee files; general filing and administrative duties; staff training and policy enforcement. The Pub Manager also works in conjunction with kitchen management in maintaining quality and attractive presentation of food/beverage products and managing product costs. An important aspect of this position is attending to customer needs and maintaining customer relations. To meet this end, the Pub Manager must consistently communicate pertinent information to staff, customers, and train employees on the finer points of customer service. Above all this position requires a positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service. R equirements of the Job 21+ years Previous management experience in a food service environment Obtain and maintain current food handlers and
OLCC/MAST
