Bakery Manager Qualifications:
3+ years as a manager in a fast-paced environment A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service Previous experience in restaurants or retail concepts preferred Enjoy coaching and mentoring hourly team members Highly organized, detail-oriented , with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with hiring, scheduling, performance management, ordering, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Bakery Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations , ensuring everything runs smoothly Lead, and train the team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest service Ensure compliance with company policies and standards Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to achieve the overall profitability of the store Build genuine connections with guests and create a welcoming and uplifting environment Be involved with the local community, execute company marketing and outreach initiatives Address guest concerns professionally and create solutions to continually improve service
Bakery Manager Benefits:
Base salary in the $62,000-$67,000.00 range (depending on experience) Great hours-no late nights Health benefits and PTO Fantastic bonus structure Career development opportunities with a growing company .
