1395 Edgewater St NW Suite 100, Salem, OR 97304 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Co-Manager to support the General Manager in leading restaurant operations at our Salem location. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and overall profitability. The Co-Manager assists in supervising daily operations, leading shifts, and ensuring the restaurant consistently meets company standards, policies, and procedures. This position is also responsible for learning all General Manager duties and stepping into full leadership in their absence. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team leadership Lead opening and closing shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality food and service standards Ensure accurate orders and prompt service aligned with company goals Maintain a clean, organized restaurant in compliance with company and health regulations Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve strong performance Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and labor laws Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to team members Assist with scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and product forecasting Handle cash management and support cost control efforts Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Area Coach regarding operations and any issues (equipment, inspections, incidents, etc.) Help drive sales, resolve operational challenges, and support overall business goals Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Eligible to work in the United States Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50-55 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods Comfortable working in a hot environment (up to 90°F) and near high-temperature ovens (up to 650°F) Ability to reach between 6 inches and 6 feet Work Environment This position operates in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment with frequent interaction with customers, team members, and kitchen equipment.
