Salary:

General Manager (GM) $18 to $22/hr (up to $54,340/yr) DOE & store volume Quarterly Bonus Program (GM Only) Manager In Training (MIT) $16•18/hr + tips ($2•4 in addition)

You will lead your team with the mission that, now more than ever, all health and sanitization quality standards are met, if not exceeded. Our Managers must be dynamic individuals ready to recruit staff, oversee training, drive excellent customer service, maintain inventory and money systems, all while putting on their marketing hat to promote business within the communities they serve. You will directly be responsible for meeting food and labor costs and company goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-years experience in a food service general manager role. Communication and verbal skills are a must. Attention to detail and multi tasking will key to be successful in this position.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of general restaurant manager experience is ideal. Food handlers permit required. Must have valid driver license and maintain proper insurance coverage.
