Job Description
Scratch kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looking for a leader with experience; chops labor and assumes line responsibilities on the shoulders. You have experience with BOH management AND strong line. We have a great staff, and lots of talent. You bring the ability to ratchet down labor and food cost and the sky is the limit.
Experience with management is a must.
We have a great staff already in place. Recipes, ordering, menu....all in place. The foundation is already built. We want a leader to dial it all in.
