As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee everything from food quality and service standards to staff training and financial performance. Duties Lead and motivate all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective training, coaching, and development. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Supervise food handling, cooking processes, and food production to uphold quality standards while minimizing waste. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Monitor shift management to optimize staffing levels, improve service flow, and enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct staff interviews, hiring processes, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team. Implement budgeting strategies, control costs, and maximize profitability without compromising quality or service standards. Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and hospitality best practices across all departments. Coordinate with catering services or banquet events when applicable to deliver seamless guest experiences beyond regular dining hours. Skills Extensive experience in food industry management with a strong background in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles. Deep understanding of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory management. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and promptly. Strong team management capabilities including training & development, interviewing, shift management, and staff supervision. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations relevant to the hospitality industry. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality food production and service standards. Experience in managing bar operations or coffee/barista services is a plus for diverse venue offerings. Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and operational excellence.
