We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is ready to lead with purpose, bring energy to the kitchen, and help deliver a dining experience our guests will come back for again and again.

Execute food to TASTE specs with consistency and qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in kitchenOwn food safety and sanitation standardsLead prep, service, and close with confidenceRun a Smart BusinessYou understand that great kitchens balance creativity with numbers.
Hit and manage food cost targetsOrder to the needs of the business no over-ordering, no scramblingBuild schedules that align with labor goals and real business levelsBuild and Coach a TeamYou are not just managing people you are developing them.
