Are you ready to lead a vibrant taproom and food hall concept? We're seeking an energetic General Manager to oversee daily operations and create an exceptional experience for our guests. This is your chance to be the backbone of a unique hospitality venue that combines craft beverages with great food in one exciting space. About the
Role:
Manage day-to-day operations across both taproom and food hall areas Lead and mentor a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee inventory, scheduling, and staff coordination Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage service regulations Foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back Handle guest relations and resolve any concerns with professionalism and grace
What We're Looking For:
Proven hospitality management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for creating memorable guest experiences Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service Knowledge of food service and beverage operations is a plus
