We're seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy, team-oriented restaurant known for its energetic atmosphere, loyal guests, and commitment to hospitality. What We Offer to the AGM $60,000-$65,000 Base Salary Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) Program Paid Time Off Growth & Advancement Opportunities Employee Dining Discounts What You'll Be Doing as the AGM Assist in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations Lead by example and support the team during peak business periods Recruit, onboard, train, and develop hourly employees Create schedules and manage labor performance to business needs Monitor food quality, service execution, and cleanliness standards Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost-control initiatives Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience Support financial goals through effective labor and expense management Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations What We're Looking For in an AGM Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Working knowledge of P&L statements and restaurant financials Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Passion for hospitality and team development Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure Who Succeeds Here?
