In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a talented team of food service professionals. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards. Manage staff training and development. Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures to meet health regulations and minimize waste. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Monitor shift management activities to ensure timely service, customer satisfaction, and efficient resource allocation. Implement food production processes for casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet services as needed. Maintain budget adherence by controlling costs related to staffing, supplies, and food procurement while maximizing profitability. Foster a welcoming hospitality environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development initiatives, and staff performance evaluations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety regulations, budgeting practices, and food handling procedures. Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence in both casual and fine dining environments. Previous roles involving shift management, restaurant operations oversight, or assistant management responsibilities are highly desirable.
