This individual will oversee and handle the daily operations of the office including, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer phones & take incoming orders 2. Manage all incoming Market & Corporate Catering orders 3. Appropriate distribution of catering orders to departments 4. Coordination of deliveries with floor managers & delivery drivers 5. Communicate with floor managers regarding customer service issues and concerns 6. Perform in-person meetings with Clients to discuss upcoming Market Catering pick up & delivery orders
Qualifications:
1. Ability to multi-task 2. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and fellow associates 3. Proficiency in customer service 4. Ability to work weekends as requested by the company
