Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John's standards. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
