About Patrick's Pub Patrick's Pub is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant and pub in Moon Township, PA. Founded in 1999, we have grown from a small local bar into a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar known for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Position Overview Patrick's Pub is seeking a full-time Bar Manager for a hands-on leadership role. This is a working management position , meaning you will primarily bartend while also serving as manager on duty and helping oversee front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for either: an experienced bar leader, or a strong bartender ready to take the next step in their career This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works alongside the team, and is comfortable balancing bartending with management responsibilities. Role Structure This is a co-management role within our front-of-house leadership team. The Bar Manager will work alongside other managers to ensure coverage and operational support. Responsibilities may be adjusted based on business needs, experience, strengths, and preferred areas of involvement. This structure also helps provide management coverage during time off, vacations, and absences. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips while working bartending shifts Weekly management stipend Additional manager-rate compensation for designated management assignments 401(k) with employer match Medical insurance Paid time off This is primarily a tipped bartending role with management responsibilities . Schedule Full-time Five shifts per week Primarily nights, weekends, and closing shifts Weekend availability required Must be available for high-volume days, special events, and holidays such as St. Patrick's Day Patrick's Pub is open daily until 2:00 AM, so the ability to work until close is required Key Responsibilities Bartend while acting as manager on duty Supervise front-of-house staff during service Train and coach bartenders Handle guest issues and complaints professionally Enforce cleanliness, side work, and service standards Support employee accountability, write-ups, and discipline when needed Oversee cash handling and closing procedures Conduct weekly liquor inventory and ordering Use the

platform for liquor orders Help manage liquor storage, rep relationships, promotions, and events Assist with drink specials, cocktail features, and other business-building ideas Enforce ID checks, RAMP requirements, and all alcohol compliance policies Qualifications 5+ years of bartending experience preferred 1+ year of leadership or management experience preferred High-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred POS proficiency required Aloha experience preferred, but not required Training experience preferred Current RAMP certification required, or ability to obtain prior to starting Must complete Manager/Owner RAMP training within 30 days of hire What We're Looking For Strong bartending knowledge Leadership presence and sound judgment Strong cash handling and accountability Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Willingness to work alongside the team, not just supervise Reliability and strong attendance Comfort handling difficult employee or guest situations To Apply This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow into leadership while staying in a hands-on, tipped bartending position.
