Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff to deliver a memorable dining experience. Duties Supervise restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and team management Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels for busy periods and special events Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene Support management in budgeting, cost control, and implementing operational improvements Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or food service environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-energy setting Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes Leadership qualities with experience in staff training, development, and team management Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable; catering or banquet experience is a plus Strong communication skills along with the ability to interview, train, and develop staff effectively Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team towards excellence!
