General Manager:
Pub 447 East Stroudsburg, PA | Full-Time $75,000-$80,000 Performance Bonuses We're Looking for a Leader... Not Just a Manager. Pub 447 is searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the busiest and fastest-growing hospitality destinations in the Poconos. If you're the type of leader who enjoys building great teams, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and driving results, we want to meet you!Our operation includes:
- Full-service restaurant Busy bar & outdoor Tiki Bar
- Live entertainment multiple days each week
- Private events & catering
- High-volume seasonal business
- A team that's passionate about hospitality
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading every aspect of daily restaurant operations
- Building, mentoring, and retaining an exceptional team
- Delivering five-star hospitality from open to close
- Managing labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability
- Hiring, coaching, and developing future leaders
- Maintaining outstanding cleanliness and food safety standards
- Working closely with ownership to grow sales and improve operations
- Creating an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and guests can't wait to return

- Proven success leading a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Financially minded with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and food cost
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
