Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and service delivery. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Conduct regular inspections of food handling practices to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Develop and maintain budgets, monitoring financial performance to achieve operational goals. Supervise kitchen management activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction. Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for enhancing restaurant performance. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including inventory control and budgeting. Experience with various POS systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
