Restaurant Manager

Job Summary We're looking for a strong Bar/Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team! This is a combo position for someone who can lead the front of house, manage bar operations, support staff, ensure smooth service, and help create an amazing guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily floor operations Overseeing bar service & staff Scheduling & team leadership Guest relations & service standards Supporting events and special promotions Maintaining a smooth, high-energy atmosphere Experience in restaurant management and bar operations preferred. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a positive and productive work environment Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management, and timely service in both casual dining and fine dining settings Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective management practices Experience Proven management experience in the food service industry, preferably within, casual dining, or fine dining establishments Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong focus on team management, staff training & development, and interviewing skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS Knowledge of inventory control practices Experience in hospitality management including shift management, customer service excellence If you're organized, energetic, and thrive in hospitality—we'd love to meet you!

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
