Job Description

Metz Culinary Management is anticipating growth this fall, and we are seeking experienced Food Service GMs and Assistant Managers to grow with us. We are seeking a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from experienced leaders with a comprehensive background in Contract Dining Services that includes Café Operations, Retail, and Catering, with priority on Guest Experience. Responsibilities include institution of company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager. The AGM reports to the GM.
Requirements:
3+Plus Years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back) 3+ Plus Years in Hospital Food Service Management role Impeccable Communication Skills Restaurant Management knowledge Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas Culinary or Hospitality Degree a strong plus Metz Culinary Management Values are what separates us from the competition.
