Rubber Soul Brewing Company is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at our flagship Hummelstown restaurant and help shape the next chapter of a growing company built around Craft. AN EXCITING TIME OF GROWTH
As part of Rubber Soul's continued expansion, our current Executive Chef is transitioning to lead the opening of our new Lancaster Brew Pub. This creates a unique opportunity for an exceptional culinary leader to step into our flagship Hummelstown location and become an important part of Rubber Soul's future. This is a growth-driven transition—not a rebuilding opportunity. Over the past six years, our culinary team has helped establish Rubber Soul as a destination for approachable, high-quality food that complements our seriously good beer and welcoming atmosphere.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is far more than a kitchen management position. This is an opportunity to become the Executive Chef of our flagship location and play a meaningful role in the future growth of Rubber Soul Brewing Company. The Executive Chef will serve as a key member of the Hummelstown leadership team, partnering closely with ownership, the General Manager, and fellow operational leaders to drive culinary excellence, team development, operational performance, and guest satisfaction. Initially, the focus will be on mastering and executing the existing menu at a high level. Protecting the quality and consistency that our guests have come to expect is critically important. At the same time, we value creativity and innovation through seasonal features, chef specials, and limited-time offerings. As the Executive Chef becomes fully integrated into the organization, they will help shape future menu evolution based on guest feedback, culinary trends, operational insights, and business performance.
