- Drive restaurant profitability while managing within budget guidelines
- Control food, labor, and supply costs
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Coach and mentor employees and supervisors
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service

Career Advancement Opportunities Qualifications Preferred:
- 1-3 years restaurant management experience
ServSafe Certification Required:
