Drive restaurant profitability while managing within budget guidelines
Control food, labor, and supply costs
Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
Coach and mentor employees and supervisors
Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures
Deliver exceptional guest service

1-3 years restaurant management experience
ServSafe Certification Required:
Leadership and communication skills
