Job Description

Bob's Diner
  • Kennedy Township
  • Full-Time
  • Daylight We're looking for a reliable Front of House Manager to help run our dining room and lead our team.
This role is hands-on and works closely with servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Make staff schedules for servers and hosts/cashiers
  • Train new team members and support current staff
  • Help order supplies and keep things stocked
  • Step in and cover shifts when needed
  • Make sure guests have a great experience
  • Help solve problems during service
Requirements:
  • Experience in a restaurant leadership role
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Organized and able to handle busy shifts
Pay & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Tips on top of hourly wage
Pay:
Up to $1,400.00 per week
Work Location:
In person
