Salary:
$90,000-$100,000/ year. CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states, including cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering and conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service and vending. Job Summary Reporting to the District Manager, the General Manager leads daily operations for two corporate dining accounts in King of Prussia, PA , ensuring operational excellence, strong team leadership, high-quality food service, and exceptional client and guest experiences. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Manages overall day to day operations of the account Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teamPreferred Qualifications:
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred At least Five years of food service operation experience in the same or similar level leadership management role (General Manager, Director, etc.) Experience managing a P&L account High volume production and catering experience is essential Previous experience managing a budget Desire to learn and grow with a top notch food service company Apply to CulinArt today!
