Full-time Join the team at the Home of the Whopper! We are actively recruiting a hands-on, enthusiastic Assistant Manager who will play a central role in running our Burger King restaurants. What You Will Do:

Assist the Restaurant Manager with front- and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and consistent food standards. Recruit, train, and develop crew members; promote a positive and productive work environment through coaching and feedback. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and accurate cash handling to support profitability. Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols to protect guests and staff.

Who We Are Looking For:

Prior experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred but not required for strong applicants who demonstrate leadership potential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire team performance. Reliable and flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
