Job Description
Bar Manager 1766 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 From $8 an hour
- Full-time From $8 an hour
Full-time Responsibilities:
- Working Bartender and manager
- Hourly Plus tips based on experience
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff and ensuring smooth service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Train and supervise bartenders and other bar staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for banquets, catering events, and other special occasions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar management or assistant manager role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food production and catering is a plus
