Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment focused on excellence in food preparation and service Oversee menu planning, ensuring a balance of creativity, dietary considerations, and operational efficiency Manage food production processes, including cooking, food handling, and presentation to meet the highest standards of quality and safety Coordinate banquet, catering, and special event operations to deliver seamless service from setup to execution Implement inventory management practices to control stock levels, reduce waste, and optimize food costs Enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices Supervise shift management, including scheduling, training, and evaluating team members to maintain productivity and morale Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance overall guest experience through exceptional food service Experience Proven culinary leadership with extensive experience in fine dining environments and catering operations Demonstrated supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Strong background in banquet experience, dietary department procedures, and food production techniques Expertise in inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management systems Hands-on cooking skills combined with comprehensive knowledge of menu planning and food presentation Experience overseeing restaurant or hospitality operations with a focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction Familiarity with bartending and beverage service as part of comprehensive food service management Ability to lead by example with excellent communication skills and a passion for culinary innovation Join us as we elevate culinary standards through energetic leadership!
