Job Overview We're on the lookout for an energetic and personable Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Required hours:
Tuesday - Friday 3:30pm-10:30pm and Saturday 12:00-10:30pm Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including guest seating, service flow, and staff coordination. Lead staff training and development to uphold high standards of customer service and food handling. Manage reservations, waitlists, and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless dining experience. Supervise cash handling procedures and operate Foodtec POS accurately. Monitor inventory levels related to front-of-house supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all front-of-house activities. Support kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction. Experience Proven management or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment. Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems like Foodtec, Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory control practices. Experience in hospitality management within casual dining or fine dining settings is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
