This role is reserved for a polished, strategic operator with a commanding presence, impeccable taste, and a proven ability to deliver excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment. Only candidates with a track record of elevating both guest experience and operational performance in complex, multi‑level restaurants will be considered. About the Role The General Manager serves as the operational and cultural anchor of Giuseppe & Sons — a bustling, two‑floor Italian‑American supper club known for its energy, precision, and elevated hospitality. This leader will drive performance, shape the guest experience, and guide a large, diverse team with clarity, confidence, and authority. It is a high‑visibility role within a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding restaurant group.
